FANAPT CASE STUDY:
Having worked with the top pharmaceutical companies in the world, N.A.C. has a proven track record in developing innovative marketing & communication strategies for some of the leading drugs on the market today.
After Stage III clinical trials showed positive results, the FDA approved Fanapt for additional consumer usage and A.D.S.S. was asked to design consumer print ads, website and new product packaging. A.D.S.S. also implemented an HCP campaign to build brand and product awareness of Fanapt amongst all private practices throughout the country. Both launch was an instant success and Novartis experienced a 12% increase in sales within the first 6 months and growth continued for an additional 7 months. A.D.S.S. also coordinated the national sales rep kick off meeting in East Hanover NJ, which included travel itineraries for 225 sales reps, meeting agenda, venue displays and a mobile app/interactive game module used for medical education and ongoing product updates for sales reps in the field.
